The River Room is our beautiful, romantic riverside cabin. It is our intimate getaway for couples who wish to snuggle and look out at the stars at night through the skylight right above the bed. Or it is perfect for an individual looking for personal retreat time to journal, practice yoga, or to meditate. It is a loft style room with one 3/4 size double bed. It has beautiful windows, skylight right above the bed, sliding patio door onto a balcony overlooking the river and the mountains around. The River Room shares the shower, kitchen, parking, and outhouse facilities of the Teepees. We provide the comfortable bedding (duvet), linens, towels, and the candles for your wonderful evenings in this beautiful space. There are solar lights in the River Room for some basic lighting. It is a basic, self sufficient cabin with no heat or running water (water is provided in a water jug) in the Room. Be prepared for a "camping" experience. The use of the hot tub at the main lodge is available to our River Room guests only on booking a massage or during Retreats.

We are a "pet friendly" lodge and so quiet and friendly dogs are welcome.
