Quantum Leaps Lodge and retreat centre offers personal growth work/playshops, spiritual retreats, yoga retreats, personal retreats, and offers the space for group/corporate retreats in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia.  This British Columbia retreat center is peaceful, beautiful, and unique. Come and discover the growth and evolution of yourself in a profound setting on sacred land. There are work/playshops that allow you to make that "quantum leap" within yourself.  If you have a private group you can also organize a Sweatlodge or Firewalking ceremony or any of the other teachings and offerings i.e Breathwork that we offer.

April 1-5th, 2010 Easter Weekend Yoga & Movement Education Retreat with Lucy Lowes & Edward Paget of 'The English Osteopaths'.   Prices range from $776-$868 all inclusive. May 7-9th, 2010 Present-Moment Parenting: Meeting our Children Where they Live...in the Present Moment! This is a Mother's Day Retreat Weekend Celebrating Motherhood as a Spiritual Journey (for mamas with children 2-7 years old). This Retreat is designed to bring moms committed to conscious parenting  together to have some fun, create community and support, and to grow and learn. Increasing the moments of connecting deeply with our children is the intention of this work.

Recharge, Breathe, Stretch, Relax, Reflect, Create, Rest, Meditate, Be inspired, Connect, and Savour Good food.

Topics of the weekend will include simplicity Parenting, Conscious Parenting, Soulful Mothering, Yoga, Meditation, Therapeutic Storytelling, Art and Anthroposophy.

The Facilitators for this weekend are Dr. Monika Herwig ND Naturopathic Doctor and Yoga Instructor and Rose Maynard - Waldorf Teacher and Parent Educator.

Prices for the Retreat will be all inclusive at $304.50 for a Teepee bed, $339.00 for a bunk bed in the Cliff House, and $408.00 for a bed in the Lodge. Payable by MC, VISA, or Cash on Registration. May 28 - 30th, 2010 Mindfulness Yoga; A Weekend of Renewal with Tracey Delfs.  Join us on a weekend of peace and relaxation as we move together in a mindful way, practicing Yoga, hiking in the Mountains, and eating organic and wholesome food. We will tempt you with and teach you some nutritious Raw Food recipes this Spring. A Sweatlodge will take place on Sunday to cleanse and renew you. . You will feel rejuvenated and relaxed by the end of this Retreat.

June 4-6th, 2010 Core Connexion; An Art/Dance Workshop with Lisa Gilmour.  Experience the power of Dance, Art, and Nature during this wonderful Retreat. Through guided movement and play, you will explore your own inspired movement creating space for finding your Spirit within. Dance and express yourself!.

July 9-12th, 2010 Yoga and Dance Retreat; A Moving Meditation with Ellen Watson.  It is written in the book of the Sioux that they have gone into the earth. Nothing will bring them back until the white man dances. -Chief Seattle " This highly experiential retreat will give participants the opportunity to enter a variety of moving meditation practices, sending you home refreshed, revitalized, and with a new vision for your future.

July 16-19th, 2010 Primal Elements Retreat with Brian O and Annette.  This is a magical weekend of inner and outer explorations! During this personal growth workshop, there will be opportunities for exploration, adventure, and of course fun. We will be immersed in the Elements of Life; FIRE, AIR, EARTH, and WATER.

August 1-12th, 2010 Surviving to Thriving; A Journey in the Sacred Circle with Maria Kliavkoff.  This Retreat is a life shifting experience which combines deep process work with relaxed vacation time. We will explore what it takes to shift our daily reality from one of physical, financial, emotional and spiritual survival to one that allows us to thrive in all areas of our existence.  Together we will discover the keys to living the life of our dreams while we enjoy the glorious setting of the BC Rockies with like-minded people.

This retreat celebrates the book release of Maria Kliavkoff's first book which chronicles the 12 positions of the Sacred Circle and illustrates how to utilize the lessons of the circle to live the life of your dreams.  In these 12 days we will journey through the circle discovering personal applications for all lessons.  The retreat will consist of focused group facilitation and activities including but not limited to: mask work, stick carving, river rafting, drum circles, campfires and labyrinth walks coupled with down time to allow you to enjoy your surroundings while you integrate all of the day's experiences. The Retreat Room (The Rumi Room)

All our work/playshops take place in our beautiful Rumi Room (unless otherwise scheduled).  This sacred space is open and spacious with lots of natural light streaming in.  For any Retreat from Yoga to Dancing, Shamanism, to Neale Donald Walsch; many people feel the healing energy that circulates throughout the room.
